Juniors size 13, waist measurement is 28 inches.

Skirt is in good preowned, vintage condition. There are several areas of discoloration/stains along the bottom tier of the skirt - see photos. Not glaringly obvious because of the calico pattern and the ruffles, but please be aware :)

Color is a butter yellow with a tan undertone. Flowers are peach, periwinkle blue and pink. Satin ribbon trim and dainty lace. Skirt is lined.
