All our parts are tested and a full code read carried out prior to removal. We will advise if the part has got any faults/marks/damage, which will be described above. 

Sometimes we may list more than one item on a listing, so the pictures may not show the exact unit that you may receive. It may be in a similar condition, and has gone through the same tests.

Shipping

Most of our items come with free economy shipping as standard to mainland UK. Some items may have additional postage costs on larger items such as wheels, and some smaller items such as relays, but this will be obvious in the listing.

Please note that there will be a small additional cost for non-mainland UK. If the item is purchased before 11am (business days only), we will dispatch it on the same day. Otherwise, it will be dispatched the next business day. 

We do offer a next day delivery service via FedEx at a cost of £5, the cut off for same day dispatch is 12pm (Excludes Weekends). 

All International shipments go via eBay’s global shipping program (GSP), any questions are welcome on this, and we’ll gladly help.

Please note that we’ll only send items to the address provided.

 

Returns

We do offer a 30 day returns policy, please note that all returns must be communicated prior to fitting.  For example, the problem being experienced may be because of coding issues, as most modules/electrical items need coding to the car. 

Return postage will be covered for damaged/defective items, missing parts, or item not as described. Please note, we test parts before they are listed, and re-test them if they are returned. If they have been fitted incorrectly or damaged and this is clearly visible, we will only offer a partial refund.  If it has been damaged in transit, we will require evidence of this via eBay messaging (inc photos). 

All goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition received. Please include the returns note in the box with the reason for return.

Please ensure that all returned items are sent with a tracked service, we are unable to take responsibility for items that have been lost in transit. Keep your proof of postage as this may be required by your chosen courier company.  

We are not responsible for any labour charges incurred for items fitted, or removal of faulty/incorrectly supplied parts. 

We security mark all of our parts. Items returned for any reason should still have our security mark on it, and have no evidence of being tampered with to receive a refund. 

If an item is received in a faulty state, we may offer to send out a replacement part if we have it in stock, but please provide us with further details beforehand. 

If the part which has been supplied is correct, the buyer will be fully responsible for return postage costs. If the part matches the listing's title, this means it has been correctly supplied.

Only send the item back to the return address provided upon return request. If you send without prior notification, it may be missed.
