This listing is for a vintage Carl Zeiss Jena Biotar 5.8cm 58mm f/2 Prime Lens. The lens has an Exakta mount, but can be easily adapted to other mounts and mirrorless cameras. Very sought after lens for its 17 blades that make a super creamy bokeh!

The lens is in good vintage condition. The glass is clean on the outside with some marks on the glass. The inside has some light dusting/specks and maybe one very small bubble, but overall it's in nice shape for a 70 year old lens. The body of the lens has wear and tear from use/storage, but still looks nice.

The aperture ring moves fast and smooth and the focus ring is a little tight, but probably just needs some constant use to smooth it out. In my opinion, it feels good.
