Up for auction is this RARE and highly collectable Choice brand Lunch Pickles Bottle "Put up by" E.D. Pettengill & Co. of Portland, Maine. E.D. Pettengill & Co. was a prominent manufacturer in the late 19th and early 20th century producing vinegar and pickles. The label features a distinctive illustration of a man in a top hat, a common branding element for their "Choice" line of products. See photos for condition. Paper label is in very good shape, except for a small piece missing in the upper right hand corner. Bottle retains original cork and is now full of seeds. I am not sure what these seeds are specifically.

This item is currently being offered from a 65 year collector of antique packaging (bottles/tins) and was purchased sometime in the 1970's. It has been in a glass case for over 50 years.

Please Note: No International Bidders. I will only ship within the continguous U.S. Sorry.

This item will be shipped via UPS Ground in a good box with bubble wrap, etc.

Good luck and thanks for looking!
