Body panels (doors, bonnets, wings, boot lids) and glass items are sent at the buyer’s risk.
While we take great care in packaging, couriers do not insure these items against damage or breakage.
We strongly recommend collection of fragile items like body panels and glass to avoid disappointment.
Side windows are also sent at buyer’s risk. No refunds or returns will be accepted for damaged side glass, as insurance is not available.
In addition to eBay’s Buyer Protection, we offer our own 30-day warranty on most items.
For faulty or failed parts within 30 days of delivery, we offer rapid replacement or exchange.
Engines and gearboxes are sold with a 30-day warranty covering the cylinder head, block, and sump only.
Any ancillaries (e.g. injectors, turbo, alternator, EGR, AC compressor, timing components) left on engines or gearboxes are provided free of charge and are not covered under warranty.
Important Warranty Requirements:
All engines must be installed with a new timing belt/chain, new oil, and a new oil filter.
Gearboxes must be filled with new oil prior to installation.
Failure to follow these steps will void the warranty.
Please Note:
We do not cover labour costs associated with fitting, removal, or replacing parts.
All parts are security marked and photographed before dispatch.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
Tampered with, dismantled, incomplete, or incorrect returns will not be refunded.
Items must be securely packaged for return; damaged returns will not be refunded.
No refunds will be issued until the original item has been received and inspected.
We operate under the Global Accounting Scheme.
Purchases under £500 are not eligible for VAT input tax claims and will show as £0.00 claimable VAT.
We do not offer direct international shipping, but buyers can purchase via eBay’s Global Shipping Programme.
