Vintage Round Pub Stool Upholstered Seat - Solid Wood - Home Bar Man Cave Retro

Description
A vintage pub stool with a round upholstered seat and shaped pedestal base. Sturdy and practical in form, ideal for use at a low table, or as a characterful occasional stool.

Constructed from solid timber with four shaped supports forming a cross base. The dark finish appears to be stained wood rather than paint, with natural wear revealing lighter timber beneath on the edges and feet. The round seat is upholstered in blue fabric with red piping trim, likely later re-covered. The underside shows solid timber construction and traditional fixings. Likely mid to late 20th century, made for commercial or pub use. Unsure of the exact age, but more than happy to help with any further questions.

Condition
In well used vintage condition.

Showing heavy age and use with scuffs, scratches, and finish wear throughout, particularly to the feet and lower edges where timber is exposed. Surface marks and staining to the upholstered seat. General cosmetic wear consistent with pub or commercial use.

Structurally solid and stable.

Would benefit from a good clean and polish, or ideal for refinishing / recovering.

We have tried to capture all of these in the photos as best as possible, so please study these as a good indication of cosmetic condition.
