Antique Motor for Edison Standard/Fireside/Amberola DX Phonograph

The motor comes from a Fireside phono. As whole, it will fit a Standard, and Amberola DX. However, individual parts of a Standard and Fireside/Amberoala DX motors are not interchangeable.

In this version, the governor tension screw(pic 3) gave way to a w wire spring(pic 4).

On full wind, in the open, and not belted, the motor was spinning for a bit over 9.5 minutes. IT will play 2.5 black 2 minutes records.

For safer packaging and transit, I will detach the start/stop lever (one screw).
