Vintage Kenwood Chef Mixer A901 Accessories / parts and Mixer Book.
Sadly the MAIN MACHINE IS NO LONGER IN WORKING ORDER SO NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SALE but the attachments etc are good condition. SOME HISTORY / INFO re The A901 - replaced the A701 in the mid 1970s. This A901 was manufactured late 1970s /early 1980s, made in the UK. It uses planetary mixing action, which ensures thorough mixing. It is important to match these spare parts attachments with the correct model number i.e. the A901.
The 3 typically included items are as standard accessories with most Kenwood stand mixers:
• dough hook • K beater • balloon whisk
• The dough hook is recommended for all yeast mixtures. •The K-beater is designed for mixing ingredients for cakes, biscuits, pastry, and even mashed potatoes. • The balloon whisk is used for whipping air into mixtures, such as egg whites and cream.
The K-beater, dough hook and balloon whisk attachments, are typically made of stainless steel or aluminum.

• mixing bowl 4.6L - a little discoloured but still functional. • outlet cover. I’ve retrieved this as it’s an integral part of the mixer. (See photos) It’s hard plastic and could be vulnerable to damage e.g. if stepped on. Therefore it is a spare part. • The Mixer Book is a separate publication, containing recipes and is a great addition to the standard recipe book. • I’ve saved the cover which is not in top condition but would still serve a purpose if you needed a cover.
