The cutting / embossing plates and pads are not included, but they can be purchased on eBay or the manufacturer's website. 
The machine is in good working condition, though it shows some signs of use. 
Four rubber feet are missing from the bottom, and there are two small paint chips on the corners, but these do not affect its functionality.
