Features
The L6 series incorporates various proprietary Yamaha technologies. The solid Engelmann spruce top is treated with A.R.E. (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement). Furthermore, the improved bracing design allows for a more powerful and resonant sound while maintaining excellent volume balance. It also features a passive pickup that meets the needs of modern guitarists. This pickup allows for high expressiveness in live performances and recordings, without compromising the guitar's natural resonance or appearance, while maintaining the acoustic guitar's appearance.

The saddle was missing at the time of purchase, so a genuine replacement of the same model number was ordered from Yamaha and installed.
To keep the price affordable, no adjustments such as sanding the bottom surface have been made to suit this particular instrument. Therefore, the current string height is higher than average, but there is plenty of room for adjustment. You can adjust it to your preference yourself, or we can adjust it for you for a fee.
