Postage
We aim to dispatch all items within 3 working days from the end of auction. Courier parcels take between 3-7 days.
For buyers in the UK, we can usually combine postage. This is at our discretion and depends on size / weight dimensions of individual items. Please message beforehand if this is something you want to request and we can let you know if it is viable. For international buyers, we cannot combine shipping as we currently use eBay's Global Shipping Program.
In accordance with international law, we are unable to make any false declarations on any customs notes.
Should you wish to arrange your own courier, we are unable to provide packing materials and are not responsible for any damage caused in transit.
Collect In Store
Due to strict eBay policies, we are unable to give the address of our collection hub whilst an auction is live. Please be aware we are a small team and require notice of date/time before collecting your item. Payment needs to be made via eBay before collection and we will need the collection code provided by eBay in order to release your item.
Returns
St Gemma's eBay shop will accept returns within 30 days of purchase in accordance with eBay returns policy. If the item is not as described, we will cover the postage cost otherwise buyer must pay return postage.
