Q. Do you accept offers? Not on our auction listings, we always allow an auction to run its full allotted time.
Q. When will you reply to my message? We are available to respond to questions Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00. We are unavailable to answer any messages outside these times as well as bank holidays, and will try to respond within 48 hours.
Q. Do you combine postage? Our listings operate out of 3 sites, and we have found that collating items together from each site has negatively impacted our customer experience. Due to this we can only combine postage from the same warehouse your item is coming from. For more information about combined postage, please contact us before paying.
Q. What about feedback? We will always leave feedback, if you have any issues please contact us before leaving feedback as we aim to resolve any problems. The Hospice operates a "no-quibble" return policy with a full refund including postage if you are not satisfied.
Q. Do you send internationally? Unfortunately we do not send goods internationally. We can work with mail forwarding services with a British address, however the buyer will be responsible for sorting this.
Q. Where do I collect from? We run out of three warehouses so please message us to be advised where and when you can collect. WE DO NOT HAVE GOODS AT THE MAIN HOSPICE SITE IN FOXHALL ROAD, PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE FOR EBAY ITEMS.
