The Leofoto LS-284C LS Ranger Series Carbon Fiber Tripod is a light-weight, compact tripod. This tripod features a 3/8" mounting stud and there is a 1/4th accessory mounting socket on the bottom as well as the side of the fixed apex/platform.

Leofoto tripods features 10x carbon fiber tubes that make the tripod lightweight while maintaining a strong load capacity. The 6061 aluminum parts are CNC machined and hard anodized, making the surface tough against scratching and scuffing. The twist leg lock system is quickly deployed with a simple quarter turn. With the tripod's three variable leg angles, it allows you to splay the legs completely out, so the support can drop to a very low minimum height.
The included Leofoto LH-30LR Lever Release Ballhead is lightweight aluminum and features an Arca-type compatible quick release system. The lever release clamp allows quick attach. A precisely-machined ball provides ultra-smooth movements and a large, ergonomically-designed locking knob, enables the movement of the ball head to be controlled. Laser-engraved scales on the panning base provide precise control during panorama shooting and dual drop notches provide the capability for rapidly changing from horizontal to vertical orientation.
