Description
Introducing the latest model, the E-SUFFER-3S, which inherits the concept of the previous E-SUFFER model while achieving more practical evolution.
Instead of the white ash used on the E-SUFFER, the E-SUFFER-3S uses alder, which has rich mid-range characteristics, reducing weight and achieving a clear tone. The hard maple neck and rosewood fingerboard combine to produce a sound that combines quick response with rich overtones.
As always, the headstock features the CT system, which optimizes the tension balance of each string. This enhances playing feel and supports comfortable playing even during extended performances. Additionally, the side position marks feature Luminlay, a luminous material, ensuring high visibility even on darkened live stages. The zero fret width is a slightly wider 43mm.
The neck joint is detachable. By maintaining the traditional square heel shape, the design prioritizes rigidity and stability.
Additionally, this model is the first in the series to feature a GOTOH GE101TS tremolo bridge, enabling rich expressiveness not possible with fixed types. It features three ESP original single-coil SS-120 pickups, enabling sound shaping that is suited to a wide range of genres.
The control section is simple and intuitive, consisting of a master volume, master tone, and a 5-way lever pickup selector, providing excellent operability for live performances and recording.
The SUFFER-3S is a guitar with standard specifications for use with envy.
Unlike my previous guitar, it has a proper neck pickup and a movable arm. It's not unbearably heavy, nor is it lighter than a cat. However, I think the sound and handling that anyone can appreciate are excellent value.
