🔄 RETURN POLICY (30 DAYS)

1. Item Condition

Products must be returned in their original, non-damaged condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and protective materials.

2. Refund Deduction Policy

• Minimum 30% deduction applies to all non-defective returns.

• Up to 50% deduction may apply if the device has been opened, used, activated, damaged, or returned with missing or damaged packaging.

• Factory-sealed items opened by the buyer can no longer be resold as new and will be deducted accordingly.

3. Locked / Incomplete Returns

• All personal accounts (Google, Xiaomi, Samsung, iCloud, etc.) must be removed, and the device must be factory reset before return.

• Locked devices or devices that cannot be reset may not qualify for a refund.

4. IMEI & Fraud Protection

• The IMEI and serial number are recorded before shipment.

• Returns with mismatched IMEI, altered serial numbers, or swapped devices will be denied and reported to eBay.
