Adorable preloved vintage piece by K.I.L- puff sleeves, plaid skirt and coordinating corduroy vest

The dress does not have tags but came with the vest, vest says girls size 12- I have included measurements to be sure of sizing

The vest and skirt are in gently used condition, the white top of the dress does have some yellowing and a brown stain, see photos, I have not tried to treat

Also please note this is vintage and has a “vintage” smell
