SELLING AS IS - FOR PARTS OR REPAIR - NEW but missing 1 tire. 

Set of 2 High Performance Solid Foam Tires for Speed Cart. 

These are V1S Wheels and will ONLY WORK with V1S Axles. 

There are only TWO (2) WHEELS, as one has been used. I don't know if they are the same tire but it looks to possibly be a Front and a Side. One tire has a cutout for the emblem and the other does not. 

There is only ONE (1) threaded bolt. I don't know if that matters or not. The brake cable is still new in the packaging.
