This laptop has seen heavy use in a rugged environment. It is tested and working, but some parts can be temperamental, such as the mouse sensor. Touch screen works great. DVD drive functions great. Camera works great. All keys function. The unit lights up properly. Windows 10 has been installed. System has been set to factory settings. Hard drive is included. Hard drive caddy is missing and not included. There are normal signs of wear from use, including scuffs/scrapes/scratches/fingerprints, etc. The power supply is included in this sale. The battery is original to the unit. It works and holds a charge,  but is several years old and may need replaced soon.
