If you are not sure whether the part really fits your vehicle, send us a message with the chassis number (17 characters), possibly a photo of the vehicle documents. We will check if the part matches and let you know.

Parts identification can also be verified via the vehicle list. Identification by chassis number is more accurate.

We ship the goods every day with DPD from our central warehouse in the Czech Republic directly to customers in the respective country. The shipments are therefore invoiced with the Czech VAT number and a VAT rate valid in the destination country (these are transactions within the OSS – One Stop Shop).

Please note that deliveries from the EU to other non-EU countries incur fees (customs fees, duties and VAT). The fees vary depending on the type of goods and their customs tariff code, and it is recommended to check this with local authorities before ordering.

If your company is VAT registered, please provide us with your company details (company name, address, VAT ID number) before ordering. We will create a customer account for you in our ERP system and only then you will be able to order on eBay.

If your shipment was not delivered, let us know, we will try to resolve the issue with the carrier. Please note that the delivery time is not guaranteed and it is not always possible to deliver the shipment by the stated date.

Goods can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The return option applies exclusively to unused and uninstalled parts, which if possible, are still in their original packaging.

Standard warranty is 2 years (end consumer) or 1 year (business). Contact us in case of a complaint, we treat each case individually.
