The EC, the most traditional-style model in the ESP lineup, is a masterpiece beloved worldwide. Now, this EC has been added to the GrassRoots brand lineup.
The body features an okoume back and hard maple top. The QM also features a quilted maple veneer laminate body, measuring 50mm thick at its thickest point and 40mm thick at its thinnest point. The back of the body is also waist-cut where it rests against the body.
The neck is okoume, and the fingerboard is ebony. The frets are jumbo, with 22 frets and a 628mm scale length. The pickups are GrassRoots' original Alnico 5 humbucking PRIDE 1A pickups. The bridge is a traditional Tune-Matic type with a simple stop tailpiece.
Controls include volume for each pickup, a master tone, and a pickup selector.
