Martin 12-string guitar D-12X1AE! This dreadnought 12-string guitar features a solid spruce top and high-pressure laminate back and sides. The serial number indicates this particular guitar was produced in 2013, and while there are some dents on the top, it's overall clean and playable, ensuring reliable enjoyment. All major components, including the tuning machines, pickguard, and bridge, remain original. A strap pin is installed in the neck heel. Equipped with a Fishman pickup, it's also easy to use in live performances! The nut width is approximately 47.5mm, which is a relatively thin width for a 12-string guitar, providing a comfortable grip. The neck angle is ideal, and the truss rod operates without any issues. While there is some fret wear, it's still in excellent condition and will last for many years to come. The string height is set at approximately 2.7mm on the 12th fret (6th string) and approximately 2mm on the 1st string. We can also fine-tune the string height to your liking. The back and sides are made of compressed plywood, but the sound is well-balanced, with a beautiful extension and projection! The under-saddle microphone delivers a clear, clear sound that's perfect for live performances! Don't miss this opportunity! Includes a general-purpose hard case.
