Meinl’s Carbon Ripstop Cymbal Bag is specially designed for the drummer who needs a lightweight and highly portable bag that offers seriously strong protection. The Ripstop is constructed of incredibly sturdy 600D woven polyester ripstop, with extra thread forming a cross-hatch pattern that prevents tearing. The interior of both the main 22-inch compartment and the 15-inch hi-hat compartment are made of 420D polyester woven fabric for high abrasion resistance. Drummers at Sweetwater particularly like the sewn-in padded dividers (four in the main; one in the hi-hat compartment) that prevent any metal-on-metal damage, as well as provide an additional layer of protection from accidental drops and bumps.
