While inheriting the traditional ST style, the MC is an original model uniquely refined by Momose.
Every instrument is handcrafted by artisans at the Asuka factory, from carpentry to painting and assembly.

Wider horn section for improved playability in the higher positions
Compared to traditional ST models, the MC model has a larger recess in the horn section on the treble string side.
This improves playability in the higher positions and allows players with larger hands to effortlessly reach the higher frets.
Recessed joint plate
While a traditional plate joint is used to preserve the traditional sound characteristics, the recessed plate section also improves playability.
Wood binding to prevent fingerboard problems
The sides of the fingerboard are bound with wood made from the same material as the fingerboard.
This not only makes the sides of the fingerboard extremely smooth, but also prevents problems such as fret burrs popping out.
Wide rod adjustment
The uniquely shaped headstock features a wider adjustment hole for smooth neck adjustment.
The wider shape makes adjustments easier.
