  • battery life is higher than 50%
  • all USB ports are working unless it is stated differently
  • the keyboard is tested
  • touchpad and buttons are tested
  • touchscreen (if applicable) tested
  • speakers are tested
  • the camera is tested
  • the microphone is tested
  • the CMOS battery is tested
  • manufacturer's diagnostic is performed and passed
All laptops have an activated and fully updated operating system unless stated differently.

I want you to shop with peace of mind! I offer 30-day returns for any reason:
  • If you change your mind or decide the laptop isn’t right for you, you can return it, you will pay for the return postage.
  • If the laptop is faulty or not as described, please contact me first. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue, and I’ll cover the return postage if needed.

Important Notes:

  • There is a warranty sticker on one of the screws at the bottom of the laptop. Please check that it remains intact. Returns cannot be accepted if this sticker is broken.
  • Returns are not accepted if faults arise from installed programs after purchase.
  • The warranty is void if the laptop housing has been opened or repairs have been attempted by someone else.
