Gemstones are tested with a Presidium Gem Tester II. Gem testers will not differentiate natural gemstones from their synthetic counterparts which means that we cannot guarantee natural stones unless we specifically state that it is natural in the listing. Many gemstones have properties that overlap and could potentially be one of many varieties of gemstones. Jewelry-Is-Me does our best to identify stones based on the tester readings to determine whether the item is a specific gemstone. We are not GIA certified gemologists.
