I do not know the age of this other than it is NOT a cheap look a like from a new store. sturdy enough condition to hold fruit or vegetables or light produce at a farmers market. Please see and enlarge all photos if necessary as they are the main description for this item. There are no woven pieces of the basket for the rim that are broken or fraying. Has a nice patina from being used. Outside length from rim to rim is 23 1/2 inches. Width by the handle is 11 1/2 inches and 12 3/4 at the widest depth is approximately 5 1/2 inches from the center handle. It has some paint marks what looks like some rubbing there’s different colors, but it’s all very light and expected with its age. The bottom of the basket inside and outside have a beautiful patina. Last photo shows one small piece where the material separated partially probably when it was made because it’s very stiff and very secure.
