Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch UK orders by the end of the next working day.

Dispatch time is extended when the next day falls on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or a UK Public Holiday.

For UK mainland orders, we use Royal Mail and Evri along with other couriers for dispatch.

Free UK delivery is available on all Buy It Now items. This will be an economy service (Provided by a courier of our choice) and will take approximately 3-4 working days.

Auction items will be subject to a shipping charge.

Express Services are available during checkout and all orders are tracked.

International Orders

We aim to process International orders within 2 working days

International orders will be dispatched using a Royal Mail International Tracked service.

Please note that orders sent to international buyers may be subject to Import duties and taxes.

This includes all countries within the European Union as the rest of the world.

The recipient must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Buyers should contact their local customs office for further information.

Please note that the delivery period provided by eBay is approximate and does not factor in public UK holidays or other instances beyond our control such as Postal Strike action. We have no control of the logistics once the item has been posted and all orders are processed and dispatched in good faith.

Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy on all items

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items and International buyers are responsible for taxes and duties.

Items should be returned in the same condition that they were received in their original packaging, with any tags attached. This includes all new and not-so-perfect items.
