This Shadows of the Empire action figure is still in its sealed package. The pictures are of the item you are purchasing. It comes from a smoke-free and pet-free environment. 

After receiving payment, I am usually able to ship the same business day if the item is purchased prior to 4 AM CST. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next business day. The item will be shipped in an outer box to help preserve its condition. I can combine shipping for orders if requested.
