A one of a kind gem from the 1960’s classic sitcom THE MONKEES.

This is the writer’s preserved final draft of a great episode, I’VE GOT A LITTLE SONG HERE.

The draft is dated June 14, 1966, and the episode aired November 28,1966.  It is 35 pages and title page is signed in pencil by the writer, Treva Silverman.

Additionally, also included is the 4 pages original pink carbon of the HAND TYPED original story outline for the episode with the earlier title, SONGWRITER STORY.  The outline is also signed in pencil by the writer, Treva Silverman.

Finally, as this came directly from the personal archives of the writer, it also includes a specific letter of provenance hand signed by Treva Silverman.

A fantastic piece of rare television history that is now 60 years old.

Treva Silverman is a highly regarded writer of classic television, most notably for her stellar work as a writer for THE MARY TYLER MOORE SHOW.  She was awarded the Emmy for Outstanding Writing for the series in 1974.
