I do my best to include descriptions of any flaws for each item if I have found any and also include pictures showing flaws. If you are not sure of something feel free to ask. 
I also reuse boxes and some other packaging material whenever possible to do my part to minimize waste. If this is a problem let me know so I can make other arrangements if possible.
