Vintage non-TCG is on the rise—increasingdemand as people find out, and decreasing supply due to inherent rarity beingvintage plus people keeping them in collections. In 2025, PSA made their grading guidelines more strict. Itis harder to get PSA 10s especially for vintage pokemon cards. A lot of PSA 9sfrom 2025 probably would've gotten a PSA 10 just the previous year. Thereforehigh 2025 cert grades are more valuable than certifications from before. Makesure you take this into account when shopping. 2025 certs = more value in thesame grade than older certs.
