Most orders are shipped via Royal mail 2nd class post.  For large orders we will either send your order by Royal mail record, Tracked or Parcelforce 24/48hrs .

ADKNails Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in performance hereunder due to unforeseen circumstances or due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure, acts of government, military conflicts, delays in transportation, inclement weather or customs formalities, transport damage, energy shortages or labour disputes, and delays or inability to deliver by ADKNails Ltd.

Royal mail will only investigate lost items after 15 working days of posting so if you do not receive your order after the 15 working days please contact us and we will get Royal Mail to investigate and make claims. Refund will be issue or replacement would be arranged thereafter.

If items are being returned by the postal service due to unclaimed item/undeliverable we will then have to refund you excluding the cost of postage which was paid to send your order out.

Our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Items will need to be paid by PayPal immediately, if payment have not been made we will request eBay to start a unpaid item request which may result your account having warnings and may be suspended from buying on eBay. If for some reason that you have made the order in error or changed your mind please notify us as soon as you can so this can be cancelled by ourselves .

Once payment is received, we aim to get it despatched with 24hours.
