Return Policy for NEW ITEMS: If a new item is returned opened, used, marked, or changed in any way other than what the listing originally showed, buyer will receive a 50% refund of their original payment. Buyer is also responsible for paying the return shipping. 

Shipping:

The delivery dates you see on eBay are ESTIMATES, not guarantees. Unfortunately USPS is really slowing down at the sorting facility in my state (Oak Creek, Wisconsin). It is causing delays. I cannot change anything about this problem. I cannot inquire or submit a mail search until it has been 7 days since the shipment date, USPS does NOT allow it. If you notice there hasn't been any updates with scans after the acceptance scan, you are more than welcome to call 1-800-ASK-USPS, they won't do anything until 7 days have passed. I can submit a search, but again, it has to be 7 days from the shipment date.

I ship within 1 business day from received payment, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Ex: purchase day Monday, shipment day Tuesday. Purchase day Friday, shipment day Monday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - I use eBay's International Shipping Program. I ship to eBay's facility in Illinois and then they ship to you, the buyer. Any questions about delays or charges, please contact eBay. I have no way of getting information with that type of information as eBay handles everything other than me shipping it to their facility.
