There is a small rip tear of one of the zipper handles (as show in pics) No other holes or rips. I do not have the optional strap drop. Therefore, shoulder strap IS NOT INCLUDED, But you can use it a s tote or provide your own strap for a longer hanging crossbody/ shoulder bag. I suggest cleaning the handbag interior as a general rule as it may come with dust and or small marks from regular use. Hardware are all in good condition with minor scratches.
