This item came from a lot of surplus industrial equipment. The history of this unit is unknown and I am unable to perform functional testing. It is in good condition for a used item. There are a few small marks on the black painted portion and light scratches on the aluminum body, consistent with handling and storage, but nothing observed that would appear to affect functionality.

Blue tape is present on the mounting flange. Normal witness marks from fasteners are visible on the mounting holes, as well as witness marks on the input flange. Please see photos for full details of condition.

The electrical connectors appear to be in good condition with no bent or damaged pins observed. Two connector protective caps are included.
