ROOKIE CARD. These are ridiculously hard to get in PSA 10s now. PSA 9s are probably the same condition as PSA 10s from before 2025.

In 2025, PSA made their grading guidelines more strict. It is harder to get PSA 10s especially for vintage pokemon cards. A lot of PSA 9s from 2025 probably would've gotten a PSA 10 just the previous year. Therefore high 2025 cert grades are more valuable than certifications from before. Make sure you take this into account when shopping. 2025 certs = more value in the same grade than older certs.
