This item is new & normally retails close to $100 however this item has a defective c-lock as well as an extra grommet hole in the back so that is why it is marked down. With the extra hole/grommet space- it makes the lacing a bit odd and not matched up properly. See photos for details. Everything else looks very nice & as it should.
