A beautifully preserved CALOR electric fan from circa 1950, with a striking red lacquered bakelites and cast iron housing. This compact yet powerful fan features newly designed aerodynamic blades, reflecting the mix of style and innovation of that time. Standing 36.5cm high, 27cm diameter and 23cm deep, it is the perfect functional eye-catcher for vintage or industrially inspired interiors.
See photos, these are part of the description. Additional photos can be sent upon request. The exterior is in excellent condition. The fan has not been tested because the power cord needs to be replaced. The cord is the same color as the bakelite, making it look beautiful.

DAMAGE AND INSURANCE We are sorry that despite our careful packaging you received a damaged item during shipping. We have insurance. Please send us pictures of the damaged items. Please note that you will lose the item(s). Post will receive it or we will ask you to return it.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED IN POST Items shipped by post are insured. Damage must be reported to us and your local post office. They will provide you with a clearance form that allows you to file your claim. Claims will not be handled by the Dutch postal insurer or by us without a (oral) safeguard form from the receiving postal service. This form is internationally known as a CN24 form. I recommend contacting the post office first to hear how the procedure works so you don't have to go to the post office unnecessarily. If they tell you that we need to file the claim, we will be aware of it. However, if the form is completed by us, the insurer will want proof from the postal authorities in your country that the item was actually damaged in transit. That is Form CN24. Keep the box, broken items, packaging materials, and shipping statement for inspection by postal workers. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us. The photos we need in case of damage: - the packaging as a whole with visible address and barcode - if possible a detailed photo of the damage to the packaging - one or more photos of the damaged item as a whole - one or more detailed photos of the damage - one or more photos showing the inside of the packaging clearly visible - a detailed display of the address with barcode
FOR DAMAGED ITEMS IN THE US: You must submit a request before filing a claim. You can submit a request by calling the International Inquiry Center.
