For sale are Two (2) Vintage Chrome Plated Cast Metal Steel Toilet Paper Roll Holders or Towel Rod Holders.   The flared rod holders and bases are strongly suggestive of the Streamline Moderne influence.  The holders have a relief of 3.25."  The width of the holders at the base is 2.75" x 1.85"  Center of hole to center of hole is 2.25."   The inner diameter of the holder's receptacle was .85", wide enough to accommodate a standard 3/4" diameter rod.The pulls are cast metal, believed to be a least partly steel as they are weakly magnetic.  The holders are solid and sturdy, weighing 3.84 ounces each.  The holders are in very good to excellent condition for their age, with only minute chrome plating loss. There are very small amount of blemishes and finish imperfections on the holders, but the they still have a very high degree of finish retention.  No mounting screws are provided.  Estimating these holders are from the late 1940s to mid-1960s.  The manufacturer's logo is visible on the inside, but difficult to make out.  Appears to be a cursive "S" inside a horizontal diamond, or perhaps an abstract sitting duck inside a horizontal diamond.

NOTE:  Listing does not include a cylindrical paper holder/towel rod or the four mounting screws.

Please see photographs to assess the condition of the holders.  The reflectiveness of the chrome plating on the holders makes them difficult to accurately depict in the photographs--please view all the photographs to thoroughly assess their condition.
