Parts Grading
A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.
A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping is not free on items that require a pallet or freight truck.
Overnight delivery is not available.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES:
Nor Cal Car & Truck Wrecking is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES:
Nor Cal Car & Truck Wrecking is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
International orders are shipped via eBay’s Global Shipping Program.
Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment.
All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Details regarding timeframe as well as payment for return shipping are outlined in the return section at the top of each individual eBay listing. Please message us with questions.
Our used parts come with a 30 Day Warranty (Parts ONLY - NO Labor) from the date of purchase. Our warranty applies to parts that arrive defective/damaged/incorrect or become defective within the warranty period.
Our warranty does not cover installation labor, removal, or rental car expenses that may result from a warranty claim.
Expect normal wear appropriate with the donor vehicle's age.
You will only receive what is pictured unless otherwise stated in the description. Please do not assume anything else will be included if it is not pictured.

You are responsible for choosing and ordering the correct part for your vehicle’s year, make, model, options, and/or other application specific details. Please read the product description and application interchange parameters carefully.
Removing heat tab, overheating, abuse, misuse, improper installation, and/or operating without proper lubrication voids warranty. We offer no guarantee of merchantability, fitment, or value preservation for the vehicle on which parts are installed. It is assumed that all new gaskets and seals will be installed by the customer on all parts sold. Fluid leaks are not covered under the terms of this warranty. We assume no liability for any consequential damage to vehicles or vehicle parts due to the failure of any parts sold by Nor Cal Car & Truck Wrecking.
