Fenton 4 Seasons Fairy Light "Skating Party", item 5980 F1 - this one has the clear base, not the cobalt base.  I was a Fenton dealer and this is the way it came - comes with box and was never displayed.  I did find a very small chip on one of the clear "arms" that the chimney sets on.  It is very small and can mostly be felt just as a rough area.  Otherwise all is excellent and new in the box.
