This Sheaffer pen is sealed as new in its original packaging.

As it is sealed I do not know what type of pen it is.

Designed for the Salvation Army.

"The salvation army international Congress 1978" is printed on the pen.

Due to its age and being sealed  I cannot guarantee this pen is in working order.

Comes in its original box.

I would say the pen is made of plastic and is very difficult to photograph in the packet!
