General
The truss rod, remaining frets, string height, etc. were measured at the time of listing after maintenance. These measurements may vary due to differences in climate, humidity, and other environmental factors, as well as the number of days the item was in stock due to being sold in-store.
These measurements are intended to be used as a reference at the time of listing, and we cannot guarantee that they will be the same when you receive the item.
As these are recycled and used items, please be aware that if you are particularly sensitive about this, please be aware of the following:
Regarding string height
The string height is measured as is at the time of listing.
We do not accept requests for string height adjustment before purchase.
Furthermore, refunds are not available for problems with string height adjustment after purchase.
For example, we cannot accept requests for a refund after purchasing with a 2.5mm string height and then lowering it to 1mm because the sound is buzzing.
