Product condition: shelf pull product
from high end department store
Product source/quality: all our products are from department store clearance/liquidation process
- Shelf
pull products: may or may not have original sales tag (listed as new
with tag, new without tag, or new with defect). They have been used in
department store for display and customer try out process, therefore
they might contain some stain due to employee/customer contact which
should be washable.
- Customer
return products: returned products from department store customer, which
are lightly used but in good condition (listed as pre-owned).
- We are trying our best to cover main area of
product and enlarge the area that has major stain or defect. We will
state the major stain/defect in the "Product Condition" section, but
cannot guarantee that we could cover 100%. Buyer please enlarge and
check every picture for details.
Return policy: we accept product return
within 14 days after buyer receive the item, buyer will pay the return
shipping. Product needs to be in the same condition as when the product
is received by buyer. We will refund full payment from buyer and do not
charge restock fee.
