Return & Warranty Policy
All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. If an order is cancelled after dispatch, the customer shall be responsible for all warehouse and courier costs incurred in dispatching the item and returning it to our warehouse. The customer's payment will be refunded within 30 days, subject only to the deduction of merchant transaction fees, any direct dispatching, transport and insurance costs incurred in the original dispatch and delivery by the company upon receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability for resale.
Short shipments, items that are dead on arrival, and products that deviate from their description must be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. The item should be kept in its original condition and packaging so we can identify the issue. We recommend that customers check all parts before assembling or using the item.
Warning: In the case of a wooden product that has travelled many miles and passed through many hands before it gets to you, it could arrive with some minor scratches or scrapes to the wood and bitumen roof. We will not accept returns for these minor imperfections. Replacement parts can be offered for damaged parts at our option. Arrival damage must be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. We will ask for a photo clearly showing the damaged part(s) to identify them. This must be done before assembling or using the product or modifying it. We don't cover physical damages caused during the assembly process or damages reported after the assembly process. If the customer refuses replacement parts, then it is at their cost to return the goods for a refund minus freight charges.
