Return Policy (30 Days)
1. Item Condition
Products must be returned in original, non-damaged condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
2. Deduction
• Minimum 30% restocking fee for non-defective returns.
• Up to 50% may apply if the device is opened, used, damaged, or missing packaging.
• Factory-sealed items opened by the buyer cannot be resold as new and will be deducted accordingly.
3. Locked / Incomplete Returns
All accounts (Google, Samsung, iCloud, etc.) must be removed and device reset to factory settings.
Locked devices may not qualify for a refund.
4. IMEI & Fraud Protection
IMEI/serial is recorded before shipping.
Returns with mismatched IMEI or swapped devices will be denied and reported to eBay.
