Historic 1837 US Mint Capped Bust 25 Cent Quarter 90% Silver Coin with Capped Bust design, made of 90% silver and 10% copper, produced at the Philadelphia Mint before the Seated Liberty design was adopted. 

This one has lived….  The coin is 188 years old and looks good for its age.  Liberty is not as crisp as she used to be.  There is a kind of smoothness on her face...  Nevertheless, the coin is in very good condition, the eagle is in great shape.  Since I don't know anything about coin collection, I didn’t dare to restore its shine, I thought I would let the experts handle it.
