Please notice (we get these inquiries frequently) that some joy-cons do not fully lock in place and if you give them a firm push they pop off. That does not mean the joy-con are broken, Nintendo made newer models this way to prevent cracking if hit hard. But we thought we would mention this to clear up the perception that the joy con is broken if it does not fully lock. The left and right joy-con's on this console do snap in place but do not fully lock.

Our inventory has all been carefully inspected along with serial numbers recorded on everything. Return scams from shop and swappers who swap out broken systems, broken parts ect. and various other charge back scams, "damaged" shipment partial refund scams, ect. are on the rise. If you intend on attempting a scam in anyway shape or form you will be black listed and put into a database as well as a detailed report will be prepared and filed with the proper authorities.
