This acoustic-electric guitar is from Breedlove, an American guitar brand founded in 1990.
The top is Sitka spruce, the back and sides are rosewood, the neck is likely mahogany, the fingerboard and bridge are rosewood, the tuning machines are Grover, and it is equipped with a Fishman pickup system.
The nut groove has been adjusted, and the frets have been filed and deburred.
There are scratches and dents on the headstock, and the back of the neck has many scratches and dents with dents, making it feel uneven when you grip it.
There are scratches on the fingerboard, and the body has many scratches, playing marks, and dents, and the metal parts have dullness and pitting.
There is other wear and dullness, but the condition is good.
