This is an incomplete set but most of it is there. Approx count of pieces included that are listed on the box are 38.

The pieces that do NOT come with it that stand out include the phone, a slide out blue bin, a pink chair, a window pane, a green pot, an oven door, a yellow bin. There may be additional pieces but looking it over that is what stands out as I post this and compare it.

This set is from a clean non smoking home. It is a large set when sent in the original box which is approx 18 by 18 by 3 inches. If you would like me to discard the box and send it without it to save on shipping please message me & I can do so and refund the difference in the shipping.

The box is damaged as shown in photos. View it photos closely for best description.

UPDATED I FOUND THE 2nd BED BUT DID NOT TAKE NEW PHOTOS SO IT WILL COME WITH BOTH BEDS.
